Assisted Purchase Product Launched

A drop in event took place at the Page Moss One Stop Shop recently to promote KHT’s new Assisted Purchase products.
Assisted Purchase is available to those tenants and owner occupiers in North Huyton affected by the Outline Plan and whose homes may have been marked out for demolition. It will enable them to purchase an alternative property, (in another Huyton NDC or a designated neighbourhood) without paying the full purchase price “up front,” through the help of an equity loan.
