Customer Satisfaction - 2009

KHT has now received the results of its 2009 customer satisfaction survey (status survey). The results have been broken down between the equality strands to show the level of satisfaction with KHT as a landlord.

Overall 84% of KHT customers are satisfied with the services we provide

Older customers
90% satisfied

Younger customers
76% satisfied

Disabled customers
85% satisfied

Black and Minority Ethnic customers  (All except white British)
72% satisfied

Male customers
82% satisfied

Female customers
85% satisfied

Unfortunately in this survey the numbers of households where the religion was anything other than Christian and where the sexual orientation was any thing other than Heterosexual were too small to be analysed. However KHT continue to gather this information as mentioned above in the summary of customer profiling.

All the information from the survey will be analysed in further detail to see where there are differences between groups. We then set about addressing these gaps to ensure all our services are equal and accessible to all groups in our community
