See information below on the various ways we can communicate with you.

Accessible formats - Making Information Accessible

Background

All our leaflets and letters now contain a strap line advising our customers of the availability of information in alterative formats.
All KHT staff have received a copy of our Communication Guidelines which identifies the need to provide information and communicate with to customer in the most appropriate way and how to go about arranging this.

Whenever a customer requests information in an alternative format we record this on our systems so that whenever you receive information from us it is in a format that is most appropriate to you.
