Equality and Diversity Policy – The
Mix
Updated and agreed by the Board in October 2008, our Equality and
Diversity Policy follows KHT’s Equality and Diversity values
and sets out KHT’s commitment to eliminating unfair
discrimination from all aspects of work and service delivery. It
ensures there are mechanisms in place for implementing, monitoring
and coordinating progress towards the achievement of
equality.
Equality and Diversity Strategy – The
Mix
The Mix is KHT’s Strategy to enable us to mainstream equality
and diversity into
everything we do and help us to enhance our welcoming and inclusive
culture.
The Mix follows KHT’s Equality and Diversity values, values
that we hope to be embedded in the minds and actions of staff,
managers, and board members.
The Mix sets out a number of outcomes in key areas of the business
that KHT want to achieve. This will be enabled by an action plan.
The action plan will be monitored and updates reported to the board
regularly.
