Very good site with a lot of useful information

I have done alot of research into Housing Association web sites recently as part of a project to implement a new site for a similar organisation. I would rate the KHT site amongst the best that I have seen. It is never practical to deliver absolutely everything and have it exactly as everyone would like it. You have however, clearly made significant efforts to involve your customers and other stakeholders and I believe you have struck a very effective balance indeed in terms of content, accessibility and functionality. Congratulations on a great job.

Great web site, pity there is no complaints site.

The website is a welcome addition for tenants of KHT. But there should be a section of the site for the public to air there views on KHT’s service, or lack of it, to the people of Knowsley.

A great help to young and old tenants, as both often have times when they can't get out to pay rent & report repairs etc. The site is also very informative.

Love the fact that you can now pay rent online; it will make life so much easier. Can you tell me if this is a secure site?
