How do I pay my rent on-line?
Firstly, you need to register with KHT for a user name and login.
From the home page choose the registration option and complete all
the boxes. You will then be able to login to the secure area where
you will be able to make an on-line rent payment
I need to report a repair to my property. How do I do
it?
From the home page, click on the Report a Repair icon on the right
hand side of the screen and follow the easy to use guidelines. You
will click on photos that will build up a picture of the repair for
out tradesmen to rectify for you. Once you have entered details of
your repair and your own details, you can specify and appointment
time convenient to you. Your request is emailed to KHT and we will
take action from there.
How do I view my rent balance?
Once again you will need to have registered with us to use this
feature. From the home page you click into the Tenants area and
then click on the option to view your balance validated by your
rent number and address. The balance file is updated on a Monday
morning and shows the balance as at the end of business on the
previous Friday night. The balance will not therefore reflect any
payments/adjustments made during the week.
What does the on-line poll do?
We are very keen to capture our customer's views on a wide range of
issues. This feature can give us a feel for customer's initial
reaction to the question raised and can be included in the
development of strategies and policies.
Can I download a document or policy?
Yes from the home screen click into the KHT downloads area and
select the document you are interested in. The documents are all
stored in Adobe Acrobat pdf format so you will need to have the
Adobe reader installed on your PC. This is a free download
available from the Adobe web site.
