customers to meet changing customer needs.
You will hold a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a
business, management, finance or similar related discipline and be
confident in the use of IT. Ability to communicate to a variety of
audiences, including senior managers, operational work force and
customers is essential.

The QA officer role will be part of the Business Process and
Performance team within Maintenance Services.
The successful applicant will be responsible to the Service Manager
for the delivery of an excellent quality assurance and inspection
process for repair and maintenance service and for the development
and provision of a performance related culture within the service
ensuring the highest standards of customer care and service
delivery are met through effective management and taking a lead
role in the management of change.
The main area of focus for this role will centre around Gas and
Electrical service installation and maintenance works.
You will hold an appropriate qualification in a construction, or
business related discipline and confident in the use of IT. You
must also be CORGI qualified and able to effectively communicate to
a variety of audiences, including senior managers, operational work
force and customers.

You will have direct responsibility for planning and delivering
construction and Maintenance services in excess of £1 million
per annum, ensuring they are undertaken to client specifications on
time and on budget. As part of our Maintenance team you will manage
operational staff working on Vacant Homes, Responsive Repairs or
Planned maintenance projects.
You will hold a qualification in a Construction Management or
related discipline, City and Guilds/NVQ2 in Gas discipline, ACCS
and Corgi Servicing and Repair to Domestic Units, current ACS
elements CCN1, CEN, HTR, CKR, WAT, MET, DAH. You must also be
confident in the use of IT, possess the ability to produce and
present both verbal and written reports to a variety of audiences,
including senior managers, operational work force and customers is
essential.

SECRETARY/Administrator

As the successful applicant, you will provide a full secretarial
service including arranging meetings, co–coordinating diaries
and dealing with various telephone/personal enquiries and
correspondence.
Demonstrating experience in secretarial administration, you will
have a minimum BTEC General or NVQ2 or 5 GCSEs at C or above (or
equivalent). In addition, you will be able to demonstrate that you
have the relevant typing skills for the duties required, namely
RSA2 qualification.
Taking and producing minutes of meetings, typing reports, letters
and memoranda and distributing the documentation as required are
all key aspects of the posts. You will also be required to
undertake specific projects on behalf of the Management Team as and
when required.

Although this post is primarily based in the back office, it may be
necessary to cover public counters occasionally.
Examples of duties included:
Input and maintenance of the transfer applications, RTB

filing, collation of statistics for monitoring purposes.

looking to build on their existing knowledge or someone with

Knowsley Housing Trust is based in a vibrant and dynamic area of
Merseyside and is one of the largest housing associations in the
country, with a portfolio of around 14,000 homes. Our Regeneration
Team is currently delivering a £300 million improvement
programme, developing new homes and improving neighbourhoods in
order to make a lasting and positive contribution towards the
regeneration of Knowsley.
We are looking to recruit a high calibre person who will share in
our vision, passion and commitment to delivering a first class
service to our tenants. Our aim is to promote an environment that

As the successful applicant, you will be based at the above scheme
but you may be required to cover any other scheme within the

You will work closely with the Emergency Control Centre and other
agencies, to ensure an effective, around the clock service is

Some occasional evening work will be required in order to provide
