Operational Director Organisational Development

Location : Merseyside – North West England
Salary Scale: £57,800 to £62,600 plus car allowance

The KHT Group is growing in size by extending the range of services we provide and widening the geographical area we operate in, and we recognise the importance people and communication will play in order to continue to be successful.

We are seeking someone who is experienced, flexible and highly motivated to lead our organisational development, our communications and provide excellent human resources services across the Group.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will need to be CIPD qualified and/or educated to Masters level and you will have experience at a senior level of leading and sustaining change initiatives.

In order to be the successful candidate you will need to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering business change and the provision of top quality services.
