KHT Services is the KHT Group's trading subsidiary providing services to other organisations including local authorities and housing associations. Our current contract and service arrangements in place include:

- Providing repairs and maintenance work to housing associations including gas servicing

- Providing financial management including full management accounting & statutory reporting for a Joint Venture company

- Providing extra cash collection points through our offices for the local council's (Knowsley MBC's) customers

- Managing homes for other public sector bodies providing the full range of housing management activities.
