KHT evict family from hell
Members of Huyton’s family from hell have been permanently
evicted today after Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) won an outright
possession order on their home.
Gemma Caldwell was told by Liverpool County Court that she could
never return to her house in Reeds Road in Huyton and along with
her mother; Yvonne Caldwell was told to stay away from the Reeds
Road area or face being arrested.
This conviction follows on from the temporary closure orders made
in February after the Knowsley Partnership acted on
resident’s complaints of persistent Anti-Social and Criminal
Behaviour in the area.
KHT’s Assistant Director of Housing Services Peter Davidson
commented:
“Today’s outcome is a real victory for the local
community. It sends out a clear message that KHT will not tolerate
Anti-Social Behaviour and that we will do everything we can to make
our neighbourhoods safer places to live in.”
