By Standing Order
Complete a Standing Order form from your housing office or your own bank and quote
the following details: Bank sort code: 20-51-01, Account number: 80 98 60 89,
Barclays Bank, Water St, Liverpool L69 2DU. Your tenant reference number, the
amount you wish to pay, and frequency of payment.
By Debit Card or Credit Card
You can use your debit or credit card to pay your rent in KHT cash offices as well as
KMBC cash offices. You can also pay over the telephone by calling 0151 290 7000.
At the Post Office or PayPoint outlets
You can pay your rent in any Post Office or PayPoint outlet in the country. PayPoint
outlets are mainly situated in convenience stores or service stations and there are
many in the Knowsley area.
Telephone and Internet Banking
If you prefer to use your bank to pay by telephone or over the Internet, just call your
bank or log onto your bank’s website, quoting sort code 20-51-01 and account
number 80 98 60 89, your tenant reference number and the amount you would like
to pay.
Internet Payments
You can pay on-line at www.k-h-t.org. By registering to pay on-line, you will also be
able to get an up to date balance on your rent account, find out about the
improvement programme in your area, get an update on Gas Servicing in your property
and report a repair.
