Get Hooked on Fishing!
There are still a number of “plaices” available for
keen young anglers in Knowsley to take part in the Knowsley Junior
Fishing Festival.
The event is open to anyone aged 16 years or under and takes place
on Thursday 6th August at Mill farm Dam, Mill Lane,
Towerhill, Kirkby. Registration is at 11.30 and there is a
£4.50 entry fee.
For those not wanting to cast their line there is also a range of
activities taking place on the day including a barbecue, outdoor
games, football and arts and crafts.
