KHT Gas Safety hits record high

Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) has reached an important milestone with the news that a record number of their properties now hold a valid Gas Safety Certificate.

A fantastic 99.74% of all of KHT’s properties now hold a Gas Safety Certificate.

Each year defective gas supplies and appliances cause countless deaths and injuries in the UK. Gas safety is therefore a huge priority for KHT and all Housing Associations in the UK and plays a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of customers and the safety of their homes.

KHT’s Executive Director of Regeneration Maggi Howard says:
