KWest - Quality of Life Survey 2008

For the past four years, in the spring, KHT has commissioned a “Quality of Life” Survey where 500 of our residents are selected at random from across the Borough for a phone survey.

The survey will ask residents questions about how they feel in their homes and neighbourhoods, and which issues they feel are particularly relevant to them.

In 2008 we anticipate that the survey will be done during March/April, and will allow us to view closely, in tandem with our larger Residents’ Survey, what the main issues are for our customers. Awareness of key matters will enable KHT to target its action plans and resources into areas of genuine concern residents, and address any issues arising.
