North Lincolnshire Homes visit KHT

KHT recently hosted a visit from North Lincolnshire Homes. They are a newly formed stock transfer RSL who are now starting to deliver their promises. A priority for them is to establish a Tenancy Enforcement Unit to deal with anti social behaviour and they were recommended to visit KHT following our successful Inspection report. It was a very useful day as we exchanged ideas and gave them the benefit of our expertise. North Lincolnshire was very impressed with the way we are set up and some of the work that we do especially the work we do in partnership with the Police and the Council.

One of the visitors is a familiar face to many in KHT; Ian Bridge is their Housing Manager having previously worked in Knowsley for over 10 years leaving us to join Lincoln in 1998. He was particularly impressed with the improvements we have achieved for our customers both physical and in service delivery.
