RESPECT Area Launch Events

Events were held at Huyton and Kirkby this week to officially launch Knowsley as a RESPECT action area.

Speakers included KHT's Assistant Director of Housing, Steve Gow, as well as John Young, Merseyside Police Area Commander and Steve Agger, Assistant Chief Executive of Knowsley Council. Those who attended were shown a short film about why Knowsley applied to be considered as a Respect are and how the partners intednded to woprk with local residents to reduce anti-social behaviour in Knowsley. This was followed by a question & answer session and information sharing activities.
