Tenants have faith in KHT
Knowsley Housing Trust’s tenants are happier than ever
with the service they are receiving from their landlord.
A survey conducted by The National Housing Federation – which
campaigns for better housing and neighbourhoods – asked
tenants for their opinion on KHT and the response was
overwhelmingly positive.
“We are delighted with the results of the survey as it
reflects the improvements to our services and the positive impact
it is having on our customers’ lives,” said KHT Chief
Executive Bob Taylor.
“In the next months and years we aim to ensure that our
services become even better and we will be working hard to do
this.”
Customer satisfaction from KHT tenants is at its highest level yet
with 82% of tenants rating the repairs and maintenance team as good
– an 8% increase on a previous survey in 2007.
The number of customers who are satisfied with the overall service
is 84.5%, which is more than 4% above the national average.
The survey also reported an increase in satisfaction with value for
money, quality of homes and how KHT keeps tenants informed.
“We have listened to what our customers have been telling us
and we are working hard to keep our promises, investing in the
community and helping to make Knowsley a better place to
live,” said Bob Taylor.
