Tenants Federation March 2008

On the Thursday 6th March KHT held its Tenants Federation meeting at Prescot Leisure Centre, Warrington Road, Prescot.

The meeting was well attended with over 95 KHT tenants and residents of Knowsley in attendance. During the meeting the group were given presentations and discussed the ways KHT could improve its complaints procedures/satisfaction survey and Service Charges.
