Well done to the KHT Incomes Team
Congratulations to the Income Team for achieving official accreditation from the HQN for rent income excellence!
This is a great achievement for the team and KHT as there are still only a small number of organisations that have achieved this accreditation.
The team, led by Peter Davisdon and Darren Reynolds has demonstrated service delivery excellence after undergoing a rigorous independent evaluation of their rent and income management service.
The whole team has worked really hard through a rigorous assessment process to achieve the accreditation. Darren Reynolds and Linda Percy (from the incomes team) in particular put in a huge amount of work to produce the self-assessment documentation and manage the whole accreditation process.
