We produce a number of information reports and documents which let you know how we are performing as an organisation and what our plans are for the future.
How are we performing?
One of the main ways in which you find out about how we are performing is in our Annual Report for tenants. This lets you know our main achievements for the past year and, in particular, how we have performed against the service promises we have made to you as part of our Local Offers.

Another way you can find out how we are performing is to look at our financial position and included here are KHT’s accounts for the last financial year:

For more specific performance information, this document shows you how we are doing against the key targets we have set for rent collection, repairs, re-letting of empty properties, anti social behaviour management, customer service and gas servicing. The information will be updated every month, after the end of each month so we can collect the figures we need.

What are our plans for the future?

KHT secures £5m to build new homes in Knowsley
KHT’s successful bid to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) as part of the Affordable Homes Programme means it will be able to build 229 homes across Knowsley from now until 2015.
The new homes will be spread across Halewood, Huyton, Kirkby, Prescot and Whiston. The properties will be a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes and bungalows and will include an Extra Care scheme for older people, consisting of 126 apartments.
This is a significant step for the future development of Knowsley and will have a positive impact on creating neighbourhoods that meet the needs of local people.
