You can call our customer contact centre on 0500 96 96 94 free from UK landlines. Our contact centre service is available 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:30am to 1:00pm Saturday with an emergency repairs service operating outside of those core times.
You can come into one of our offices and speak to a member of our customer service team at any of our Office locations .
If your repair is not urgent, you can write to any of our Office locations including details of your repair need and your contact details.

We know how important it is to you that we provide a flexible responsive repairs service. To meet your needs from our service, our repairs operatives are working to carry out your repairs from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday mornings as below:
Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 5:00pm
5:00pm – 8:00pm (by appointment only)
8:30am – 4:00pm
4:00pm – 8:00pm (by appointment only)
8:30am – 12:30pm (by appointment only)
When you call to report your repair, we will advise you on the response time for the type of repair you are reporting - see response times for further details.
We will also offer you an appointment for your repair and advise you how long it is likely to take and what it will involve. You can request appointment slots for morning, afternoon, all day, or avoiding the school run. Specific two-hour appointment start times are also available - for example, an appointment between 10:00am – 12:00pm means that the operative would arrive between these times.
