You can call our customer contact centre on 0151 290 7000 from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:30am to 1:00pm Saturday with an emergency repairs service operating outside of those core times.
You can come into one of our offices and speak to a member of our customer service team at any of our Office locations .
If your repair is not urgent, you can write to any of our Office locations including details of your repair need and your contact details.

We know how important it is to you that we provide a flexible responsive repairs service. To meet your needs are appointments will be set from the following times:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 8:00pm
5:00pm – 8:00pm (by appointment only)
9:30am – 1:00pm (by appointment only)
When you call to report your repair, we will advise you on the response category for the type of repair you are reporting - see response times for further details.
We will also offer you an appointment for your repair and advise you how long it is likely to take and what it will involve.
