Right to repair
If we fail to complete repairs in a set time, you may be entitled to compensation.
The Right to Repair scheme covers small, urgent repairs costing up to £250 which, if not completed in time, are likely to put your health, safety or security at risk. In cases where the Right to Repair service has failed, we agree to pay the compensation of £10, plus £2 per day until the repair is completed, up to a maximum of £50.
