Scrutiny panel
In January 2011 we successfully recruited and launched our tenant Scrutiny Panel. The role of the Panel is to review how KHT provides services to customers, reality check the services by interviewing staff and talking to customers, compare how KHT performs with other housing providers and then present the information back to the KHT Board.
The Panel also makes recommendations about how to improve services.
