What are Local Offers

In 2010, KHT along with all social housing providers in England were asked by the Tenant Services Authority to agree Local Offers with our customers. Local Offers are the standards that our customers can expect when they contact KHT. 

Our Local Offers are a range of leaflets that cover the following areas

• Customer service, choice and complaints
• Involvement and empowerment
• Understanding and responding to your diverse needs
• Quality of accommodation
• Repairs and maintenance
• Allocations
• Rents
• Tenure
• Neighbourhood management
• Anti-social behaviour
• Local Area Co-operation
• Flexible service to meet your needs

We have a range of information leafets that will enable you to make the most of the services we provide. As well as on this site, they are also available from each of our Office locations and are also available in large print, audio, Braile and alternative languages. Please call 0151 290 7000 to request them.

The leaflets cover a range of subjects to help you in applying for housing, moving home, living in your home, requesting repairs, making complaints and giving compliments.
