KHT has developed a variety of satisfaction surveys for many of our service areas including repairs, garden improvements, customer involvement, complaints and anti social behaviour. These surveys are used to ask customers for their views after they have received a service provided by KHT. Completing these surveys is important as the results help us to identify areas of dissatisfaction and develop ways to continually improve our services.
