Choice Based Lettings

Available properties are displayed here from noon on Monday until the following Friday of that week.

KHT’s choice based lettings scheme allows the applicant to “bid” for properties of their choice. Each week a list of properties will be advertised for applicants to choose from. There are no limits to the number of bids placed, all that KHT ask is that bids are only placed against properties that you actually want.

You must have an active application in order to bid for a property and you can only bid for property types to which you are entitled. If you need to clarify your entitlement then please call 0151 290 7000 or visit any of our local offices.

Bids must be placed by 12.00 noon of the Friday. Only successful applicants will be contacted by Tuesday of the following week.
