What we do
The regeneration department is split into 2 main categories:
• Neighbourhood Regeneration
• Programme Delivery
Neighbourhood Regeneration Team
The Neighbourhood Regeneration team is responsible for ensuring
KHT's approach to Community Regeneration and Investment is
strategy-driven so that KHT resources and actvities are directed
towards creating sustainable communities whilst gaining optimal
value from its assets.
Programme Delivery
The Programme Delivery team manages the Major Works Programmes of
the Trust with in-house project management teams who prepare
specifications for and manage construction contracts covering main
workstreams of kitchen and bathroom, windows and doors, central
heating installations, roofing, cavity and loft insulation,
external repair and painting and elecrical rewiring.
