Programme Delivery

What we do

The Delivery team manages the Major Works Programmes of the Trust with in-house Project Management teams who prepare specifications for and manage construction contracts covering main workstreams of Kitchen and Bathroom, Windows and Doors, Central Heating installations, Roofing, Cavity and Loft Insulation, External Repair and Painting and Electrical Rewiring.

The Delivery teams cover two geographical areas with the East Team responsible for all contracts within the Kirkby, Prescot and Whiston areas and the West Team responsible for Huyton and Halewood area programmes. The teams deliver a project management and quality control service to the Trust and external partners such as KMBC in Kirkby Tower Hill and NDC in North Huyton.

The managing of various contracts is delivered using best construction practice and at all times meeting Health and Safety and current Building Regulations. The Major Works Programme is fully consulted with tenants and residents through the implementation of the Resident Consultation Protocol Policy.
