Payment Methods Available to Knowsley Housing Trust Tenants
PLEASE NOTE:
KHT are currently in the process of reviewing their
existing rent arrears pursuance policy. However, the existing rents
policy is available at request. Please contact 290 7000.
Ways to pay your rent
By Direct Debit weekly or monthly simply by scrolling to the bottom of this page and downloading the form or alternatively by contacting your local office to request a form.
By Pay-Point -Take your swipe card to the
nearest outlet displaying the Pay- Point sign and your payment will
be credited to your rent account. There is no charge for this
service. (A list of all outlets is available at your local KHT
office or see link at bottom of page).
Please note that One Stop Shops in Huyton, Halewood, Kirkby and
Prescot are open from 9.30am to 11.30am Monday to
Friday.
However Pay Points are available during full opening hours of 9amt
o 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 12.30pm on Saturday.
Post Office Payment - Take your swipe card to any post office and your payment will be credited to your rent account. There is no charge for this service. You can pay at any Post Office in the Country.
By Telephone: To KHT Contact Centre: 0151 290 7000 (Open 8am till 8pm weekdays and 9.30am till 1pm Saturdays only). You will be asked for your payment reference, Debit or Credit card number, expiry date, issue number and the amount you wish to pay.
By Internet: www.k-h-t.org
By Standing Order: Complete a Standing Order form from your housing office or your own bank and quote the following details: Bank sort code: 20-51-01, Account number: 80986089, Barclays Bank, Water St, Liverpool L69 2DU. Your payment reference number, which you will find on your swipe card.
By Cash or cheque at the following collection offices:
Halewood, Huyton Kirkby and Prescot One Stop
Shops:
Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 11.30am
Page Moss and Tower Hill Offices:
Monday to Friday 9.15am to 4.30pm (except on Wednesday which is
9.15am to 3.30pm)
You can also pay at KMBC cash offices outside these times using the
automated machine.
When paying in person at KMBC One Stop Shops cheques should be made
payable to KMBC), except for Page Moss and at Tower Hill Offices,
where cheques are made payable to KHT.

If you experience difficulties paying your rent, please contact: 0151 290 7000
Staff will be able to give you advice and assistance. Do not
hope it will go away. KHT is committed to collecting all monies
owed to the Trust.
IN CREDIT?
If your account is in credit and you want to claim a refund please complete a rent refund form and a cheque authorisation form telling us who you want the cheque made payable to and return both forms to KHT.
