Customer Involvement

Tenant Federation meeting

We encourage our tenants and leaseholders to get involved and have the greatest possible say on the housing services they receive. The involvement of tenants is an essential ingredient in delivering our policies to regenerate the estates in terms of community and property improvements. KHT will also supply tenants with information and consult on the housing service in order to continually improve its services.

In order to give all our customers the opportunity to get involved in a way that best suits them we also provide a “Menu of Opportunity” which tell you how you can engage with us. The menu is designed to meet everyone’s needs whether you just want us to provide you with information on a regular basis or become a Board Member.
