Customer Involvement Training
As you may already be aware, KHT's Customer Involvement team offers a range of useful courses for residents groups and individual tenants.
The most recent training session to be held was about Conflict Management, which looked at why conflict occurs. It also included a discussion on how to recognise different aspects of conflict that may be encountered and included a session on helping to understand different methods of resolving conflict.
The next available course is about IT skills for creating your own newsletters. There are a range of dates available in May. For more information on the courses available, click on the link below.
