Focus Groups
All of us are different, whether it be our age, sex, sexuality,
physical appearance, or our backgrounds and cultures. This means
that we all have different needs and preferences in terms of the
services we require. KHT’s aim is to provide services in a
way which meets the different needs that people have.
In order to do this, the Trust holds focus groups to listen to
our young tenants (25 and under), customers with disabilities our
Black and Ethnic Minorities (BME) residents and our older tenants,
because their views are extremely important to us.
The dates for the next Equality Focus Groups are as follows:
Black Minority and Ethnic - 6th October
2010
Disabled Persons Forum - 13th October 2010
Older Tenants - 20th October 2010
Young Persons - 27th October 2010
We are also holding a group for our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and
