Customer Assurance Panel

The Customer Assurance Panel act on behalf of KHT customers to ensure that you get the very best out of KHT, both now and in the future. Made up of volunteer tenants and residents, plus former members of the KHT board, the CAP acts as an expert panel for the First Ark Group, helping to ensure that customers are at the heart of everything KHT do.

The CAP help shape and bring improvements to services. To keep doing so, CAP need your help in flagging issues important to you and your community.

Recent CAP projects

CAP have completed an investigation into the effectiveness of the customer complaints resolution service. They presented this report to the KHT Board on the 23rd May 16 and the board approved the action plan that we developed to improve the service. CAP are currently undertaking a review of the Customer Engagement Service.

What I’m passionate about
Ensuring services are the best that they can be for customers, that customers get value for money and that KHT communities are safe and vibrant.

Why I joined
So customers can influence the way services are delivered. So that customers can be heard by the First Ark and KHT boards and all the staff who work for the group. To help to make sure service standards to customers are met.

What I’m passionate about
Getting the best for KHT tenants. I have been involved with KHT for about 10 years; I was a Tenant inspector and as well as a Tenant Executive Member. My interests are Liverpool F.C. and darts.

Why I joined
To help improve the service delivered to KHT customers.

What I’m passionate about
People. I’ve been involved with KHT for many years starting out as a tenant inspector and moving on to the customer panel. I am a care assistant and I believe it’s important to have the right care for our needs in housing services too. Customers have a voice and it’s important that it’s heard, when things go wrong people should be held to account

Why I joined
To continue to help improve services for our customers and KHT as a business.

What I’m passionate about
I like to share my views and listen to other people’s. I think this helps people to evolve more. I think the biggest obstacle to learning is a closed mind. My interests are socialising, visiting my family who live down south, golf and Liverpool football club.

Why I joined
I believe that to be of service to others in any way is a good way to go through life.

Why I joined
My involvement goes back to 2000 and I believe I can use my experience for the best deal for tenants. I am also not afraid to challenge when necessary to achieve the above.
