CUSTOMER ASSURANCE PANEL
The Customer Assurance Panel act on behalf of KHT customers to ensure that you get the very best out of KHT, both now and in the future. Made up of volunteer tenants and residents, plus former members of the KHT board, the CAP acts as an expert panel for the First Ark Group, helping to ensure that customers are at the heart of everything KHT do.
The CAP help shape and bring improvements to services. To keep doing so, CAP need your help in flagging issues important to you and your community.
Recent CAP projects
The CAP have completed reviews into the effectiveness of a number of services provided by KHT. This includes the complaints resolution service, the customer engagement service, empty homes service and the Independent Living service. Following the review of these services, the CAP presented the results to Board along with an action plan which had been developed to improve the services for customers.
