Mental Health Awareness Week 2019

Did you know over a third of UK adults have felt anxious or depressed because of worries about their body image?

May 13th marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. The Mental Health Foundation run the annual event to raise awareness and help people access information to help them improve their mental health. This year’s focus is on body image – exploring how we think about ourselves and the impact those feelings can have on our lives.

Tips For Being Body Positive

There are things we can all do to improve how we feel about ourselves. The Mental Health Foundation have pulled together some steps you can take to protect and promote a positive body image.
